Eligible minority and woman owned companies can apply for certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
We require contractors to use certified DBE firms to complete up to 20% of the work on federally funded projects.
You compete against small DBE firms like your own for work, instead of larger firms.

No Cost Training
Once you are certified, we offer over 30 NO COST courses just for our DBE firms. Look at our course catalog for more details. Subject matter experts teach all courses.
Don't see a course you need? We can create a custom class to fit your needs, or you may qualify for tuition reimbursement for outside courses.
Marketing Help
Our marketing experts will help you build your business! We can help with business plans, logos, cards, and many other things to promote your company.
Technical Support
Our experts are available to meet you on site to answer questions about the work you are performing. If we do not have the answer, we know who will!
