Indexes are now provided in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Instructions for using the spreadsheet are on the "Index Dates and Adjustments" tab. This tab also presents the per unit adjustments to be applied for indexed items of work. Additional index information is provided on the remaining worksheet tabs. Direct adjustments may be taken from this spreadsheet. The static indexes are no longer in use. Their information may be accessed with the spreadsheet.
