Material Certifications Requirements List

This list contains the required materials certifications that are received by the Office of Materials and Research (OMR) through SiteManager for all construction projects. If materials from the list are used on SCDOT projects, a certification will need to be obtained and the information entered into SiteManager. A copy should also be submitted to OMR by fax or mail. This list contains the material code used for input into SiteManager, the full description of the material, and if applicable, the Qualified Products Listing (QPL) associated with each. All other certifications, as well as a copy of these, should be kept on file by the Resident Construction Engineer for each project.
