Stewardship & Oversight Plan

In partnership, the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) have agreed to carry out the responsibilities of administering federal transportation projects as set forth in the Stewardship and Oversight Plan of November 2007.

The Stewardship and Oversight Plan outlines the roles and responsibilities for each the SCDOT and FHWA in the accomplishment and administration of Federal-aid transportation projects and programs.

The original Stewardship and Oversight Plan has been modified accordingly to properly incorporate Congressional actions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
