The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is committed to fiscal transparency and is pleased to have partnered with the Comptroller General's Office in order to provide convenient access to details on how SCDOT's funds are spent. The links below to the Comptroller General's web site will permit you to see and research annual expenditures broken-down by categories of spending, monthly or year to date detailed expenditures of contractual services and supplies as well as spending by vendor.

SCDOT hopes that you will use this site to examine the expenditures that support the maintenance of South Carolina's over 40,000 miles of roads and 8,000 bridges which constitute the 4th-largest state-maintained highway system in the United States.

SCDOT has also developed a comprehensive spending report that displays the Agencies' expenditures by Major Funded Program and Project Activity. In addition to showing total expenditures it also includes the expenditures by county and for statewide projects.
