Spending Transparency

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is committed to fiscal transparency and is pleased to have partnered with the Comptroller General's Office in order to provide a means of allowing the public to see where their funds are spent. This site will permit you to see and research expenditures such as payments to vendors for items like supplies and contracts, and to employees for all travel reimbursement expenses.

SCDOT hopes that you will use this site to examine the expenditures that support the maintenance of South Carolina's 41,444 miles of roads and 8,337 bridges which constitute the 4th-largest state-maintained highway system in the United States.
